The eco-bungalows are a marvelous touch, with one located just steps from the water's edge, providing stunning views and a fresh sea breeze. Snorkeling is incredible, with an excellent chance of spotting hawksbill turtles and vibrant marine life, and the night-time coconut crab walk is a unique experience you shouldn't miss.
Be prepared for a rustic experience. there’s not a single window pane and minimal electrification which may not suit everyone's taste. The island is small, and the boat ride to get there can be a bit wobbly, depending on conditions. The food while free-flowing and diverse could benefit from more local fish options, as some environmental considerations seem a bit overlooked in their choices.

Chumbe Island is truly a hidden gem. The bungalows are well-designed, with one just steps away from the water, offering breathtaking views and the cool ocean breeze. I particularly enjoyed the diverse snorkeling opportunities. seeing hawksbill turtles swimming among the vibrant coral was unforgettable. The night coconut crab walk stood out as a unique highlight, really showcasing the island's biodiversity. The food here deserves a mention. every meal was a highlight, with local dishes that were delicious and plentiful. I felt the dinner timing could have been more relaxed. it was a bit rushed at times. The eco-friendly approach is commendable, but a bit more attention to local fish options could further enhance the culinary experience. the experience was memorable, though a slightly more flexible dining schedule would be appreciated.

The eco-friendly bungalows offered stunning views and a refreshing ocean breeze, contributing to a memorable stay. Exceptional food included fresh meals and nachos, reflecting the commitment to quality and health. Snorkeling revealed vibrant marine life, although the dinner timing felt rushed at times, making it challenging to savor the culinary experience fully. a lack of regional fish options diminished the dining experience slightly.
